About Anthony Levy
Anthony is a senior associate at AKD. Prior to joining AKD Anthony has worked in both international and independent local firms in Luxembourg focusing on corporate matters. From Luxembourg, he advises multinational clients including private equity houses, banks and public and private companies on all types of corporate transactions including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, restructuring of international groups of companies and migrations of companies to and from Luxembourg. Clients consistently value Anthony’s hands-on and pragmatic approach to complex legal issues and his dedication to give clear and balanced advice in a timely manner.
Anthony has extensive experience in private equity deals, including real estate, and implementation of complex internal restructuring of international groups and has advised large US and UK private equity houses, retail and oil and gas groups in this respect.
Having spent time both in the UK and Australia Anthony has a strong focus on English-speaking jurisdictions as well as Israel and France.
