About Peter Claassen
Peter Claassen is Of Counsel at AKD and has been a lawyer for more than thirty years. He specialises in procedural law and intellectual property law. Peter advises on, among other things, patents, trade marks, designs and copyright. He is also an expert on brand development, parallel trade and intellectual property agreements, such as licences, assignments and distribution.
Peter's clients are national and international companies that are active in sectors such as chain stores, electronics, household and personal care, fashion and leisure wear, design and information and communication technology.
