AKD advised Ecorobotix, a Swiss-based technology company specialised in AI-powered precision agriculture, on the acquisition of the Maya Global platform from GVE Europe.

The Maya Global platform is an AI-powered solution designed for golf courses, sports fields, green spaces and agricultural operations. It provides real-time environmental insights, predictive analytics and tools for resource optimisation.

The AKD team was led by Timothy Speelman and further consisted of Charlotte Vanham, Julien Hick, Heleen Franco and Elien Van Malder.
