Carlos Pita Cao is managing partner van AKD. Als Corporate M&A advocaat adviseert hij cliënten over nationale en internationale fusies en overnames, managementbuy-outs, joint ventures, aandeelhoudersovereenkomsten, personenvennootschappen, commercial contracting, vennootschapsrechtelijke herstructureringen en algemene advisering.
Carlos werkt veel in multidisciplinair verband voor Nederlandse en buitenlandse ondernemingen. Naast Nederlands spreekt hij vloeiend Spaans en Engels.
