AKD has advised leading online based IT-partner Dustin on the acquisition of Norisk, which has a broad portfolio of managed IT services, from infrastructure to client management. Norisk will be part of Vincere Groep, acquired by Dustin in July 2018. The acquisition strengthens Norisk’s presence in the Netherlands.

Dustin is one of the biggest IT companies of Scandinavia and has more than 1.500 employees. Sales for the 2017-2018 financial year amounted to approximately EUR 1 bn. More than 90 per cent of Dustin’s income derives from the corporate market. Dustin Group has been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since 2015 and has its head office in Nacka, Stockholm.
