A multidisciplinary AKD team advised Aceve, a portfolio company of EQT, on the add-on acquisition of the Dutch software company Brink Software, following a competitive auction process.
AKD acted as co-counsel alongside the Stockholm office of White & Case.
Aceve is a SaaS company offering AI-driven, cloud-based software solutions tailored to the construction and skilled trades industries. Headquartered in Sweden, it operates in Germany, the UK and across broader Europe.
Brink Software, based in Rotterdam, develops software for the construction and real estate sectors and is a market leader in cost calculation solutions for the Dutch construction industry.
The acquisition supports Aceve’s ambition to become the European leader in SaaS solutions for the construction and skilled trades sectors.
This deal marks an important milestone for Aceve: its first presence in the Benelux region and a key step in its European growth strategy. With the addition of Ibis software and Deddo, Aceve now operates in eight European markets, further strengthening its position as a leading software partner for the construction and trades industries across the continent.
AKD advised on both the acquisition and its financing. Read the full press release here.
