AKD’s asset finance team advises NIBC Bank on the financing for Breevast in connection with the development of Nobu Residences Amsterdam.

Rabobank and NIBC Bank are supporting the high-end development in Beatrixpark in Amsterdam South.

Rabobank is financing the eastern tower, which will have 19 floors with rental apartments and commercial space. NIBC Bank is financing the western tower, comprising 17 floors with owner-occupied apartments. Breevast was assisted in the transactions by Dentons. Rabobank was advised by Loyens & Loeff, and NIBC Bank was advised by AKD.

The AKD team that assisted NIBC was led by Renate Punt-Huizer and Romy Mattens and further consisted of various colleagues from Finance & Structuring, Construction & Real Estate and the Corporate Notarial team.
