AKD has advised SPAR Holding B.V. on the acquisition of SPAR University.

With this transaction, SPAR University, a leading Grab & Go concept for students at Dutch universities and colleges, enters a new phase focused on further professionalisation and growth. It also continues its role as an innovation hub within SPAR Nederland.

The AKD team was led by Stefan Bais, and further consisted of Jochem Timmermans, Ariänne van Maanen, Ruben Dickhoff, Simone Langhorst (Corporate), Julia Mantel (Employment), Bente van Dijk (IP, IT & Data Protection), and Ludo Luijks and Maud Plattel (Tax).
