AKD has assisted with the sale of Tulip Tech Holding B.V., an innovative Dutch technology company, in relation to a strategic investment from Parcom, a Netherlands-based private equity investment firm, and Keen Venture Partners, a European venture capital firm focused on high-growth technology companies.

Tulip Tech Holding B.V. specialises in the design and manufacturing advanced battery systems and power electronics for drones and the aviation industry.

The AKD team was led by Carlos Pita Cao and David Molenaar, and further included Tycho Heijnsbroek, Ludo Luijks, Maud Plattel, Mariëlle van Winden-Spaans and Julia Mantel.
