AKD has been ranked joint first in PropertyNL’s 2026 survey of top real estate lawyers, notaries and tax advisors (“Top vastgoedjuristen”) in the Netherlands, with 110 real estate professionals.

The ranking, published in the September 2026 edition of PropertyNL, reflects the scale and strength of Dutch law firms’ real estate practices.

AKD’s Real Estate practice is led by Sven Billet and operates across six offices in several countries. The team advises clients on complex real estate transactions and projects across the full breadth of the market.

The practice also continues to focus on innovation in legal services. At PropertyNL’s annual round table for voor Top real estate lawyers (“Top vastgoedjuristen”) for which Taco de Lange was invited, his insights were shared on using AI effectively in legal practice, including training teams in advanced prompting.
