AKD’s Jeroen Pop, Florian Dorland and Thomas van Kuilenburg presented on the EU Green Deal, the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability and Reporting Directive), and the CSDDD (Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive), as well as the most recent developments regarding the agreement on the CSDDD text. They also shed light on AKD’s approach on how businesses and policies can be adapted in order to be compliant with the new regulations.
