About Thomas van Kuilenburg
Thomas has a background in corporate law, M&A and commercial contracts. Thomas is since 2012 specialized in drawing up and advising (international) commercial contracts and (international) trade transactions, including (re)structuring of sales channels, termination of (long term) agreements and setting-up joint ventures (cross border).
Thomas focuses on the Automotive and ICT industry and assists clients in corporate and commercial law matters.
In 2018 Thomas successfully completed the Grotius Specialist Course in National and International Contract Law
