AKD contributes to the Chambers Global Practice Guide 2022 – Corporate Tax in Luxembourg

Ayzo van Eysinga and Joël Butkiewicz-Jung contributed to the Chambers Global Practice Guide Corporate Tax 2022.

Every year, Chambers and Partners publishes a series of Global Practice Guides on various practice areas ranging from investment funds to capital markets, and encompassing overviews from numerous countries. Each Global Practice Guide provides for a comparative analysis of the rules applicable to each practice area in each participating country.

AKD Luxembourg has collaborated with Chambers and Partners on the Corporate Tax Global Practice Guide for 2022 on a detailed overview of the Luxembourg tax rules applicable to businesses established in or through Luxembourg, as well as an overview of the main tax advantages available in Luxembourg and the efforts made by the Luxembourg government to align itself to the European and International driven tax reforms.
