Ayzo van Eysinga is a partner at AKD and provides clients with international tax solutions on a variety of cross-border transactions including private equity, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, financing, fund structuring and joint ventures. He also advises a broad range of American multinationals about Luxemburg corporation tax because that affects cross-border acquisitions, project financing, structured financing, securitizations, private equity and venture capital funds, and corporate reorganizations.
Ayzo’s clients are predominantly US and UK private equity and venture capital firms. They praised his hands-on, pro-active and solution-oriented approach and this enables Ayzo to find efficient and careful solutions for complex matters.
