• Thomas Chellingsworth advises on legal challenges related to green energy in Belgium, such as the phase-out of net billing and energy tariff disputes. His work supports governments and grid operators, ensuring that sustainable measures are both fair and workable.
• Christine Delagaye guides complex offshore and onshore wind projects, including cross-border tenders and energy agreements. She helps clients navigate regulation and contracting smoothly, enabling major renewable projects to take off faster.
• Keesjan Meijering assists municipalities and energy companies with contracts for solar, wind, and heat storage projects. He is notably involved in Utrecht’s large-scale aquifer thermal energy storage system, providing renewable heat to thousands of homes.
• Maarten de Wit advises major energy investors and grid operators on wind, solar and hydrogen initiatives, including permits and competition law. He is currently supporting the development of a 2 GW wind farm in the Netherlands.
