About Keesjan Meijering
Keesjan Meijering is a lawyer at AKD who specialises in advising and litigating on agreements (mainly) for local government bodies, housing corporations and project developers. He also draws up these agreements himself and assesses them.
Keesjan is particularly interested in sustainable area development and the enormous challenge we face with regard to the heat transition process. Keesjan also deals a lot with real estate matters, such as land issues and land acquisition, organic and sustainable area development (particularly in the field of heat networks), illegal land use and rights in rem.
In recent years he has specialised in contracts with the government and publishes regularly in the ‘Bouwrecht’ journal and gives in-house courses on that subject.
