Maarten de Wit and Dewi Kamp have published an article on the intersection of energy law and tenancy law in Dutch journalĀ Huurrecht in Praktijk.

In their article, Maarten and Dewi look at how the Dutch Energy Act affects the relationship between lessor and tenant with regard to the connection and transmission contract, when grid congestion qualifies as a defect in the tenancy, and what strategic opportunities cable pooling and group transmission agreements offer.
