About Marleen van Mossel

Marleen is a Professional Support Lawyer at AKD who specialises in the full range of aspects of Dutch constitutional and administrative law. She has extensive experience across a variety of practice areas, from social administrative law to enforcement matters and environmental and planning law.  She is well versed in conducting in-depth legal analyses where necessary, and drafting clear and actionable advice for clients.

Marleen studied at Utrecht University, where she completed a master's degree in Law, Administration and Management. She subsequently gained experience advising local authorities and working for the highest administrative court in the Netherlands, the Administrative Jurisdiction Division of the Council of State. In addition, she has experience and knowledge of the legal system and the legislative process within the Caribbean part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
