About Alvaro Riosalido
Alvaro is a jurist working in the Investment Funds team.
He supports clients with the set‑up and maintenance of Luxembourg investment vehicles by assisting in the drafting and review of fund documentation, carrying out legal research and helping to clarify regulatory requirements in a practical way. Alvaro works closely with the team on questions relating to AIF structures and contributes to day‑to‑day matters where clear communication and attention to detail are essential.
Alvaro has a solid foundation in both investment fund and corporate work, which enables him to navigate Luxembourg structures with confidence and clarity. His exposure to a variety of legal and operational environments allows him to approach client matters with a strong practical understanding and to contribute solutions that are clear, reliable and aligned with industry expectations.
