Arnaud Barchman Wuytiers van Vliet is a Partner and Avocat à la Cour at AKD’s Luxembourg office, where he co-heads the Banking & Finance practice.
He advises multinational clients, including banks, private equity houses, public and private corporations, on complex financing transactions across secured lending, high-yield debt issuances, securitisations, debt capital markets and financial regulatory and listing-related matters.
With extensive experience on both capital markets and banking-related mandates, Arnaud regularly structures and negotiates cross-border debt financings and securitisation transactions, and assists issuers and investors on securities law and disclosure obligations.
