About Eimear O'Dwyer

Eimear O’Dwyer is a counsel at AKD, advising from a Luxembourg law perspective on a wide range of financing transactions, including secured lending, structured debt, securitisations, real estate finance, fund finance, debt capital markets and listing related matters. She also has a particular interest in ESG.

Before joining AKD, Eimear worked for 8 years in Luxembourg, developing particular expertise in securitisation, structured debt and debt capital markets, from both a transactional and regulatory perspective.

Eimear originally trained as an English solicitor in London, where she worked for five years before moving to Luxembourg.
