About Julie de Baar

Julie is an attorney-at-law at AKD. She advises and litigates on issues related to general administrative law, enforcement law and environmental and planning law. Her practice focuses in particular on issues pertaining to public order and its maintenance, and on matters in which enforcement law and environmental and planning law converge. Julie's clients include private companies as well as civilians and public institutions. Clients appreciate her meticulous work and involvement.

Julie regularly teaches enforcement law courses to municipal lawyers, and gives guest lectures at the university.

Julie obtained a Master of Laws degree (with distinction) from Tilburg University and a Master of Constitutional and Administrative Law degree (with distinction) from the University of Amsterdam. As a student, she worked as a legal policy officer in the Constitutional Affairs and Legislation Department of the Dutch Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations.
