About Nadine Voncken
Deputy civil-law notary Nadine Voncken specialises in real estate and area development. Nadine assists in and advises on matters pertaining to national and international transactions, joint ventures, transformation projects, infrastructure, financing, risk analyses and legal structuring. Her practice serves a range of industries, from logistics real estate to construction companies, from hospitality to healthcare and from social real estate to e-commerce. Her clients include leading national and international institutional and private parties, finance providers, governmental bodies, area/ project developers, sovereign wealth funds and family-owned companies, including investment companies. Nadine also advises on aspects of turnover and transfer tax in relation to existing properties as well as new developments. Nadine studied tax law at the University of Maastricht and notarial law at the University of Utrecht.
