About Pepijn Hamer

Pepijn Hamer is a litigator at AKD who deals primarily with cases in the field of shipping and offshore. Pepijn frequently acts on behalf of shipowners and their insurers in primarily cross-border cases.

Pepijn also advises and litigates in cases relating to maritime incidents such as collisions and salvage. He is specialised in (ship’s) arrests and their lifting. Pepijn is also active in disputes in and around the Dutch Caribbean area.
