About Vincent Wibaut

Vincent Wibaut is a partner at AKD and a lawyer with more than thirty years' experience in corporate law who has been involved in numerous acquisitions, reorganisations and shareholders' disputes. Vincent also focuses a lot of attention on procedures relating to unincorporated firms. He supervises the structuring of (general) partnerships and assists during disputes relating to the withdrawal of partners.

Vincent is also experienced in the setting up of joint ventures and the structuring of partnerships. According to the European Legal 500 he is ‘fast, committed and offers value for money’.

In addition to his practice, Vincent is also a personal adviser to various management boards and also regularly acts as an arbitrator.
