AKD, acting alongside Munich-based law firm LARK, has advised Trill Impact on the acquisition of Primutec Solutions Group from Deutsche Private Equity.

Trill Impact is a leading investment company focused on investments that make a lasting impact.

Primutec Solutions leads in flat roofing operating across the Netherlands and Germany, offering design, installation and maintenance of roofing, as well as lightning protection, solar PV, and green roofing.

AKD provided legal support on the Dutch aspects of the transaction, leveraging its full-service capabilities to cover corporate M&A, notarial services, employment, finance, real estate and commercial contracts.
