Gijs Wanders specialises in commercial litigation and collective or class actions. With more than eight years of experience handling Dutch class actions, his expertise particularly includes proceedings under the Wet afwikkeling massaschade in collectieve actie (WAMCA). He has been actively involved in various collective proceedings before both district courts and courts of appeal, as well as in mass settlements. His work covers a broad range of areas, including liability law and consumer law. Gijs predominantly acts on the claimants' side, acting for representative organisations and its individual participants.
