About Guusje Mulders
Guusje is a tax adviser at AKD. She specialises in indirect taxes (VAT and real estate transfer tax).
Guusje advises national and international companies and institutions on setting up and optimising their VAT position, including in the context of holding company issues, international transactions and e-commerce.
In addition to general VAT advice, Guusje specialises in VAT and transfer tax aspects of real estate transactions, such as project development, real estate restructurings and sustainable energy projects.
