About Harro Coppens

Harro Coppens is a partner and lawyer at AKD. The main focus of his practice is area development, real estate transactions and the related consultancy work. Harro is the author of various publications. In addition to his work as a lawyer, he is also carrying out PhD research at the Construction Law Institute [Instituut voor Bouwrecht] on the effectiveness of municipal land policy and cost recovery.
