About Lucile Nowobilski
Lucile Nowobilski is an associate in the Investment Management practice at AKD's Luxembourg office.
Lucile advises international asset managers, fund sponsors and institutional investors on the structuring, formation and operation of investment funds, with a particular focus on alternative investment structures, real estate and private equity. She regularly assists clients with the establishment of Luxembourg fund and holding platforms, including regulated and unregulated fund vehicles and management companies.
Her practice covers the full lifecycle of fund structures, from initial structuring and regulatory analysis to drafting and negotiating constitutional documents, coordinating with notaries and service providers, and supporting clients throughout the onboarding and implementation process.
Lucile’s academic background is in international and European corporate law.
