About Sofia Erifyli Karathanasi
Sofia Erifyli Karathanasi is a Corporate & Finance associate at AKD. From Luxembourg, she advises multinational clients, including private equity firms and investment funds, on corporate matters and financing transactions.
Prior to joining AKD, she worked in the Luxembourg domiciliation and corporate services industry. Before that, Sofia was a litigation lawyer in Greece for five years, where she focused on banking, commercial and tax litigation matters, and advised legal entities on various corporate issues.
Sofia holds a master’s degree in banking and finance law from the University of Piraeus in Greece. She is a member of the Athens Bar.
