About Alexandre Hübscher
Alexandre is a partner in AKD's private equity and investment funds practice. He assists domestic and international clients with all aspects pertaining to asset management, in particular matters relating to the structuring, setting up and organisation of alternative investment funds, whether regulated or unregulated, with a specific focus on private equity, real estate, debt and infrastructure funds strategies.
Alexandre also advises clients on raising capital and launching investment funds, while assisting their sponsors during such funds' lifecycle, performing investor due diligence, reviewing and negotiating service provider agreements, and advising on marketing considerations. In addition, he regularly provides guidance on regulatory issues in related matters.
Alexandre has been admitted to the bar in both Luxembourg and France (Paris Bar and Luxembourg Bar). He holds a Master 2 in Business Law (214) from the University of Paris IX Dauphine (France), as well as an LL.M from the University of Exeter (UK).
Prior to joining AKD, Alexandre worked at well-known domestic and international law firms in Paris and Luxembourg.
