AKD has advised Origin Seal, a portfolio company of Abenex Capital, on its acquisition of Polson Technische Rubbertoepassingen, which specialises in technical rubber and plastic solutions.

Abenex Capital is a European private equity firm. In connection with the transaction, certain existing shareholders and members of management reinvested in Origin Seal by way of roll-over. The transaction was further supported by a refinancing package taken out by Origin Seal.
