AKD has advised Asker Healthcare Group on the acquisition of GeniMedical B.V.

Asker Healthcare Group builds and acquires leading companies that make a positive difference in the European healthcare ecosystem by providing safe and high-quality medical supplies, devices and equipment.
GeniMedical develops and sells orthopaedic solutions such as splints, braces and plaster products in the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Denmark.

The AKD team consisted of Nick van Dijk, Daan ter Wee and Evi van Drunen. Other advisers in this deal were Asker Healthcare Group’s internal M&A department, DeBreij, Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions, and Wijn & Stael Advocaten.
