​​INKEF Capital and the German investment fund Sirius EcoTech Fund Düsseldorf have jointly done a new investment in Aito B.V..

INKEF Capital, an investment fund that assists and invests in technology-based companies in the Netherlands in a wide range of sectors such as life sciences, IT, nanotechnology and clean energy, was already a shareholder of Aito B.V. for several years.

As a result of this investment round Sirius EcoTech Fund Düsseldorf, an investment fund that invests in high growth technology companies, has become the second investment fund that holds shares in the capital of Aito B.V.

This new investment round enables Aito B.V., a Dutch Company active in the field and business of developing user interfaces, the offering of application engineering and consultancy, to further accelerate their international growth and extend their customer base.

François Koppenol led the AKD team that assisted INKEF Capital, which included Nikita Gommeren and Edith Hendriks and from the notarial department Remco Bosveld and Jacqueline Broek.
