AKD advises Nasdaq Stockholm-listed Vitec on acquisition of Autonet

A multidisciplinary AKD team has advised Vitec Software Group, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, on the successful acquisition of 75% of the shares in Autonet.

Autonet develops and delivers mission-critical software for the automotive dismantling sector in the Netherlands and Belgium. They provide solutions for vehicle registration, dismantling, inventory management, order and invoicing administration, reporting, and e-commerce solutions for selling used car parts.

Headed by Lennart Crain, the cross-jurisdictional AKD team consisted of Renée Alberts, Christiaan Schuurs, Merle Bregman and Pieter De Vos (Corporate / M&A), Remco Bosveld and Daan ter Wee (Notarial), Ludo Luijks and Maud Plattel (Tax), Mariëlle van Winden, Jorn de Bruin, Mark Putting and Arie van der Meij (Employment and Pensions), Renée Schipper, Roan van Boekel, Sophie Hendriks and Lisa Machgeels (Commercial Contracts and IP/IT/Privacy), Jorian Gunst (Insurance), and Nino van Deinsen (Real Estate).
