AKD advised Neopost on the divestment of Human Inference, a leading data quality software provider, to EDM media group, a data solutions market leader in the Benelux. 

The divestment of Human Inference is a further step in the execution of Neopost’s ‘Back to Growth’ strategy. Neopost is a global leader in mail solutions, business process management, customer experience and parcel locker solutions, and with more than 8,500 employees present in 29 countries. Neopost is listed on Euronext Paris.

This transaction reinforces AKD’s strategy to be a leading full-service Benelux law firm, operating globally.
