AKD has advised Asker Healthcare Group on its acquisition of all shares in the capital of MC Europe BV.

The company builds and acquires leading companies that support the healthcare system to improve patient outcomes, reduce the total cost of care and to ensure a fair and sustainable value chain. The group has 2600 employees in fourteen countries and revenues amounting to over one billion euro.

MC Europe BV

MC Europe BV, a subsidiary of a Danish listed multinational company, supplies high-quality medical products in the fields of respiration and ventilation to the Intensive Care, Emergency Care, and anaesthesia and lung departments in hospitals and healthcare institutions. MC Europe is active in the Benelux.

The AKD team consisted of Nick van Dijk and Marc Anker and worked in close cooperation with the Asker Healthcare Group inhouse M&A department and deBreij (Wytse Huidekoper and Russel Voorjans).
Seller Atos Medical AB, a subsidiary of Coloplast A/S, a Danish listed multinational company, was advised by Linklaters (Tom Reker and Emma Romijn).
