AKD provided legal assistance to the founding shareholders of EN Holding B.V. (EN HR Solutions) on the sale and transfer of shares to Belgian staffing specialist Select HR NV (Select). The founding shareholders as well as two members of the current management team will remain involved with the company as minority shareholders.

EN HR Solutions, founded in 2002, is a leading Dutch Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) specialist, a service whereby the recruitment process of an organisation is taken over in whole or in part.
