Bridgepoint Development Capital V has acquired a significant minority stake in Argon & Co, a global management consultancy specialising in operations strategy and transformation. With over 850 professionals across 13 countries, Argon & Co has achieved substantial growth, completing 15 acquisitions since 2020 and reaching approximately EUR 175 million in revenue for FY2024–25.

This strategic investment aims to accelerate Argon & Co's international expansion, particularly in Europe and the US, and to enhance its M&A strategy. Bridgepoint's extensive experience in scaling specialist consulting businesses will support Argon & Co's ambition to lead in supply chain resilience and digital transformation.
