In the international market Annemieke is acknowledged as being an experienced specialist in her field. Clients appreciate Annemieke's rapid response time, her knowledge of the sector and her practical approach.

In addition to her litigation practice, Annemieke regularly speaks at conferences and seminars. She also gives legal training courses for clients and publishes in journals, books and newsletters.

Annemieke has years of experience in litigating on claims in the logistics sector. She uses the knowledge she acquires in the process when drawing up contracts and general terms and conditions. She knows where the pitfalls lie. In negotiations Annemieke not only takes account of the legal interests, but also the commercial side of the case.

When advising on logistical contracts Annemieke often works with a multidisciplinary team that uses specialist knowledge from other specialist groups within the AKD. After all, concluding a logistical contract often not only involves issues relating to transport and storage but also, for example, permits, tax law and employment law issues.
