About Césira Leclercq
Césira Leclercq is a junior associate in the investment funds practice group of AKD’s Luxembourg office.
Césira assists investment funds and their managers in setting up or restructuring funds. She advises on both regulated and unregulated funds.
She provides assistance with the drafting of fund documents, the registration and approval procedures required by the CSSF and the legal and regulatory aspects of investment fund management.
