About Clément Petit
Clément is a senior associate in AKD’s Luxembourg Investment Management practice.
He has extensive experience of the legal and regulatory aspects of fund structuring, financing, investor closings, due diligence and through the full lifecycle, including liquidation, of both regulated and unregulated investment funds with a focus on private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure and debt funds strategies. He regularly interacts with CSSF, the Luxembourg Financial Sector authority, to support funds, fund managers and other investment firms on regulatory matters, including licensing and financial regulations.
Clément brings international experience from Luxembourg top-tier law firms assisting institutional clients, investment funds, family businesses and international services providers.
