About Max Verbaken

Max Verbaken is an attorney-at-law at AKD who specialises in construction and real estate law. Max advises and represents clients (in dispute proceedings and contract drafting processes) in the field of construction projects, integrated construction contracts (such as Design & Build / Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC)) and other contract forms (such as public-private partnerships), tender procedures, infrastructure, (renewable) energy projects, leasing law and area developments.

His clients include developers, contractors, national and international real estate investors, governmental authorities, and housing associations.

Max is part of AKD’s international construction team.
