​On 26 January 2018, Kerridge Commercial Systems (Nederland) B.V., the Dutch subsidiary of Kerridge Commercial System Group Limited, a portfolio company of Accel-KKR ('KCS'), acquired 100% of the issued and outstanding share capital of AGP Group B.V. and, indirectly, also acquired its wholly owned subsidiaries AGP Veghel B.V. and AGP Capelle aan den IJssel B.V.
