About Glenn Mostert

Glenn Mostert is an attorney-at-law who specialises in civil procedural law, with a particular focus on national and international commercial and corporate dispute resolution.

An experienced litigator, Glenn appears before courts of first instance and appeal to argue in a range of matters involving corporate law and the law of obligations, including disputes concerning takeovers, earn-outs, joint ventures, franchises, D&O liability and national and international trade. In addition to ample experience handling attachments and executions, he has also been involved in several arbitrations as well as inquiry proceedings before the Netherlands Enterprise Court at the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.

Combining legal competence with a background in economics, Glenn extends his linguistic skills into the realm of numbers, affording him the ability to immediately grasp the economic reality of his clients' situations. He likes to sink his teeth into complex matters, always looking beyond their mere legal implications.
