About Ivo Vreman
Ivo Vreman is a tax adviser and partner at AKD, specialising in the international aspects of Dutch taxation. His broad practice focuses on advising companies on such matters as international restructuring activity, M&As, forging joint ventures, and due diligence processes. Ivo also advises on the tax consequences of regular intercompany transactions, in particular in the areas of transfer pricing and concomitant documentation obligations.
