About Nathalie Niederer

An attorney-at-law at AKD, Nathalie Niederer is known as a talented litigator. She specialises in (government) liability law, the law on compensation and damages, civil procedural law and collective or class actions. Nathalie regularly litigates before the civil courts (District Courts and Courts of Appeal) in complex liability matters. Her experience extends to administrative actions (including urgent proceedings) in advance of or concurrent with civil-law actions (including urgent ones).

In 2024, Nathalie won the National Moot Court Competition. In 2026, she was nominated as an upcoming legal talent by Legal Women Nederland.

Science is another of Nathalie's interests, in addition to the law. She regularly publishes articles in professional journals.
