About Renée Schipper

Renée is Counsel at AKD, specialising in ICT law with a focus on IT commercial contracting & litigation.

She has extensive experience advising on the legal aspects of IT projects (from the bid proposal phase to disputes), as well other IT related matters (collaboration agreements, private equity investments and Mergers & Acquisitions in the Technology, Media & Telecom sector). She also has experience handling Data Protection & Privacy and Intellectual Property matters.

Clients appreciate Renée’s pragmatic, calm and solution-driven approach combined with her stakeholder management skills.

Since starting her career in 2002, and before joining AKD, Renée worked in top-tier law firms in the Netherlands and as an in-house lawyer at a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.
